How Do We Do the Truth?

I was happily surprised to read in Roberta's blog (February 14) that she chose the Gospel of John for her Lenten reflection.  In January I visited with our sister, Loretta Dornisch, and she gave me a sneak preview of her soon to be published book, Your Call to Contemplation: The Gospel of John. Loretta suggests that using John's Gospel as a text for the Spirit's call to contemplation may take a year.  I am so glad that I started in January!  I am only as far as John 3:21. "Those who do the truth come into the light"  One question Loretta raises is-- How do we do the truth? For example, Sunday at Eucharist I said amen (yes) to being the Body of Christ with the community of believers.. And so I ask myself-- How am I living that truth today? Who have I welcomed? When did I do what Jesus would do at this time? How about you?  How do you do the truth? It feels like this question and this Gospel are going to take more time than Lent for
